Yes, the documentation for Orange is quite lacking at the moment. I have never tried Azure so I can't really advice on the comparison on that. If you are looking for a quick visualization and simple data modeling/prediction for small dataset to verify your approach, Orange is a good choice. If you are looking to build a full pipeline, it might be better to use Azure.
